The company was originally incorporated in 2001 as Space Online Limited, operating as a B Class ISP license holder for the Gujarat Telecom Circle and successfully serving more than 25,000 broadband users across 22 locations over eight years. Today, VENSON focuses on high-quality ready-mixed concrete supply and allied services. The company operates a state-of-the-art batching plant at Vavdi, Rajkot, delivering over 3,500 cubic metres of concrete annually, supported by a fully equipped laboratory and advanced machinery to meet stringent quality and service benchmarks. Led by directors Jogesh Bavishi and Nainesh Davda, VENSON is expanding its footprint by planning an additional batching plant in Rajkot to serve customers from multiple corridors, enhance capacity, and build redundancy.
