Our History

What began as a pioneering venture in Internet Services, led by the youngest ISP in India, evolved into a diversified business group that now contributes meaningfully to India’s infrastructure and energy landscape. Jogesh Bavishi

With over 25 years of entrepreneurial leadership, Jogesh Bavishi is the CMD of the Venson Group of Companies, a diversified business conglomerate engaged in Petroleum, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Building Construction, and Allied Supplies & Services.

An alumnus of Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, he began his journey as India’s youngest ISP, pioneering internet services in a rapidly evolving digital era. Over the years, he strategically diversified into infrastructure development and later expanded into petroleum, where he has been actively engaged for over 9 years, successfully establishing a Parallel Marketing Company (PMC) in the LPG sector.

Renowned as a hardcore administrator, his core strengths lie in strategic administration, financial oversight, operational management, and multi-sector business expansion. He brings a sharp eye for process, structure, and scalability, driving sustained growth and operational efficiency across the group’s verticals.


Nainesh Davda

Nainesh Davda is a dynamic business leader and the Executive Director of the Venson Group of Companies, driving growth across its diverse verticals with strategic foresight and a modern approach. With deep expertise in the construction materials industry, he combines traditional values with innovative thinking to build strong supplier networks and lasting market credibility.


He also leads Rameshchandra & Company, a six-decade-old enterprise serving Saurashtra’s real estate and infrastructure sectors. Under his leadership, the firm has reinforced its position as a trusted distributor of cement, steel, and allied materials for major residential, commercial, and industrial projects. His strategic collaborations with leading brands like UltraTech Cement, Birla White, ET TMT Bars, and Birla Hil Putty have strengthened the company’s footprint across Gujarat.


Known for his integrity, client focus, and operational excellence, Nainesh has earned a reputation as a reliable partner among developers, architects, and contractors.
